Scenario: Mr. Irfan, HR Manager of XYZ Company rejected an applicant in an interview on the basis that the applicant is graduated from a university with low ranking on HEC list and also he belongs to an area where people have strong affiliations with political parties and history of fighting. Mr. Irfan has rejected the application of the candidate because he think that if the candidate has adjusted in his company , they make a union and start the Politian in this orgnization.he will change the environment of the company and interfere in the decision of management he will also create the problem for management and owner of the company. If company will try to terminate him from job, they receive the help from his area and political leaders. This will create problem for company and mangement. mr. irfan is also not satisfy from his graduation, he knows that he is graduate from a low ranking university which education standards are not compatible with international standards.
